5.1HK rear expansion type (KQ expansion and cut integrated type) mechanical anchor installation instructions
1) Installation process
(1) Using a common drill bit to perform hole-forming operations according to the drilling depth and diameter of the hole required to install the specifications of the rake bolt;
(2) using a rear-expanded drill bit to screw into the bottom of the hole;
(3) After the reaming drill bit is in position, the hole switch is opened to ream the hole;
(4) The electric air pump or the manual air pump is used for clearing the hole, and the dust in the hole must be blown off;
(5) Before installation, first tighten the anchor nut by hand to ensure that the components of the anchor bolt are not loose, and then insert the wrong bolt into the already formed hole;
(6) Screw the mounting fixture on the bolt and ensure it is stable to prevent the screw from rotating. Use a wrench to tighten the nut so that the bolt is displaced outward;
(7) Remove the mounting fixture, loosen the nut, install the connected parts, and tighten the nut. Use a torque wrench to tighten according to the tightening torque required by the installed anchor bolt model, that is, the installation is completed.

1) Installation process

(4) Screw the mounting fixture on the bolt and ensure it is stable to prevent the screw from rotating. Use a wrench to tighten the nut so that the bolt is displaced outward.
(5) Remove the mounting fixture, loosen the nut, install the connected parts, and tighten the nut. Use a torque wrench to tighten according to the tightening torque required by the installed anchor bolt type, that is, the installation is completed.
