1. Card holder external channel series product overview
The card seat external channel series consists of a card holder, a channel, a bolt and a gasket. The card holder is directly fixed on the connecting bolt between the tunnel segment and the tube piece, and the channel passes through the card seat, the bolt and the The gasket is fixed to form a complete external channel mounting system. This product does not require embedded parts, and can be installed at the same time during tunnel segment construction, which not only saves costs, but also improves construction progress and zero pollution green construction.
It is widely used in tunnel construction and is especially suitable for the maintenance and renovation of old tunnels.
The card holder external channel series is available in two types: a nested card holder and a press-in card holder.
The nested card holder is a T-shaped bolt fixed in the longitudinal direction of the channel after being inserted into the card holder.
The press-in type card holder is a groove directly inserted into the slot of the opening of the card holder, and is fixed by a hexagonal bolt by a pressure plate.
