Horizontal installation
1. Horizontal wall installation
The horizontal hole installation hole size is shown in the figure below:
2. Horizontal ceiling installation
When the busbar ceiling is installed, the steel expansion bolts (also can be punched in the field for flexible installation) or the prefabricated steel parts on-site welding hoisting brackets should be pre-punched on the floor. The distance between adjacent hangers is generally not set. Should exceed 2m, please specify when ordering if you have special requirements.
There are two different forms of horizontal lifting of the busbar, see the following figure:
3. Horizontal installation along the wall
Please pay attention to the linearity of the mounting holes (that is, the entire column is installed in a horizontal plane).
Refer to the illustration for the installation type.
There are also vertical and horizontal installations for horizontal installation along the wall.
Vertical installation
The dimensions of the reserved holes for the busbars installed vertically through the floor are shown in the figure. If two or more columns are crossed, the spacing between the two busbars should be no less than 350mm. See below:
