On June 18, 2018, Anhua Group celebrated the 20th anniversary of its founding. The venue hall was illuminated by high-hanging, magnificent lights; set against a backdrop of deep red carpeting, the scene appeared even more vibrant, luxurious, and dazzling. On the colorful background behind the podium, two prominent lines of large characters stood out: the upper line—framed by a pair of doves of peace—read, “Warmly Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Anhua Group’s Founding”; the lower line featured ten even more radiant characters that sparkled brightly: “Hand in Hand for Twenty Years, Anhua Marches Forward.” To celebrate this joyous, milestone occasion, the company’s entire staff gathered together to raise their glasses in high spirits, rejoicing collectively and sharing in the fruits of the enterprise’s development.
During the ceremony, Chairman Wei Chengge delivered the opening address. This was followed by the commendation of a large group of veteran employees who had made significant contributions to the company; representatives of the award recipients then took the stage to deliver speeches, expressing their bold aspirations for the future. The event concluded amidst the joyful singing and performances of a celebratory gala.

Good morning, everyone!
Today marks a traditional Chinese festival—the Dragon Boat Festival—and it also coincides with the 20th anniversary of Anhua Company’s founding. On this special day, the hall is filled with distinguished guests and exemplary elites, as colleagues both old and new gather together in full force. Here, with a heart full of gratitude, I wish to share this moment of collective glory and dreams—dreams that belong to us all—with the many friends who have supported Anhua Electric over the past twenty years, as well as with every colleague who has dedicated their hard work and effort to this company. Twenty years of weathering storms and overcoming hardships; twenty years of heritage and transformative leaps; twenty years of standing shoulder to shoulder—these have forged the Anhua of today. Our journey of growth would have been impossible without the close collaboration of colleagues—both veteran and new—and the steadfast support of our friends. Over these two decades, we have remained grounded, diligent, and steady in our progress. Today, Anhua has evolved from a fledgling enterprise of just a few individuals into a company boasting a workforce of over 560; from an entity with an annual output value in the millions to one approaching 200 million RMB; from a manufacturer focused solely on cable trays to a diversified enterprise spanning two distinct industries and offering dozens of product varieties. We have risen from an obscure, micro-sized business to a firm recognized for three consecutive years as one of our city’s top 60 enterprises; and from a production facility operating out of leased premises and equipment to a comprehensive, large-scale enterprise possessing its own production bases and office complexes. These achievements are the embodiment of the blood, sweat, and toil of every colleague gathered here today—the fruit of our collective unity, selfless dedication, and tenacious struggle. Furthermore, these accomplishments would have been unattainable without our core corporate spirit: “Harmony, Integrity, Quality, and Innovation.” Throughout these twenty years, Anhua has undergone continuous metamorphosis—transitioning from the chemical sector to the steel industry, and subsequently to the metro transit sector; evolving from a private enterprise into a joint venture, and eventually returning to private ownership. Yet, while the industries and the passage of time have changed, one thing remains eternally constant in our hearts: our guiding principles—our corporate spirit. It is these eight characters—”Harmony, Integrity, Quality, and Innovation”—that have built the Anhua Electric of today.
The 20th anniversary of Anhua’s founding serves not only as a commemoration of our history but, more importantly, as a long-awaited opportunity for every member of the Anhua family. It serves to bind together, even more closely, all those hearts filled with care and dedication. At this milestone moment in Anhua’s history, I wish to once again express my profound gratitude to all those colleagues who have consistently offered their unconditional support and care to the Anhua cause; and to those who have quietly and selflessly dedicated themselves to the advancement of our enterprise. From the bottom of my heart, I offer you my most sincere thanks. As we look toward a bright blueprint for the future, Anhua looks forward with even greater eagerness to your care and support—and to our shared conviction—as we pursue our goals tirelessly throughout the coming decades of Anhua’s journey.
